The *Weekly Watch* this week is another performance from the Barbershop Harmony Society 2026 International Convention in St Louis, this time featuring the UK's own *Avalon*.

This group has had a remarkable journey — they became LABBS champs in 2018 before going on to become European Women's Quartet Champions in 2022.

This was their debut on the International stage and they really made their mark. This stunning ballad was arranged for the quartet by their tenor, Boo de Bruin, who is also Chair of the BABS Contest & Judging Team.

Helen Whittick is on Lead, Sophie Sanctuary sings Baritone, and Sophie Hasson is Bass. Their performance at BHS International scored 79.5%.
